Appointment Information
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system. Should you encounter any difficulties with the online booking process, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'll be glad to assist you in securing your appointment directly.

Fees
Initial Consultation, treatment included, up to 90min: £70
Follow-up Appointments, up to 60min: £50
Acupuncture Package*: 5 follow-up appointments: £225 (£45/session)
* You must book an initial consultation before purchasing an acupuncture package. Acupuncture Packages are valid for 3 months and are non-refundable.
Payment
Payment can be conveniently completed online using credit/debit cards. To book an appointment and proceed with payment, kindly click the 'Book Now' button located at the top of the page. Alternatively, for appointments booked via phone or email, payments can be made on the appointment day using either cash or credit card.
Appointments cancelled without at least 36 hours' notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the treatment fee. For more details, please refer to the 'Cancellation Policy' at the end of the page.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine booking system by clicking here . Once the booking page opens, select select "CICM Patient Initial Consultation" and practitioner "Maria Rossi room 15".

Please register your car within 10 minutes of arrival by scanning the QR code at reception. Unauthorised parking or late registration will result in a ticket, which cannot be cancelled. Car park usage is from 9am to 6pm.
Parking is not guaranteed, so allow extra time for alternatives if the car park is full. Alternative nearby car parks include The Oracle - Holy Brook Car Park and Broad Street Mall car park. Check their tariffs for more information.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be paid for before or on the day of the appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed without at least 36 hours' notice at The Therapy Centre will incur a charge equal to 50% of the treatment fee (£35 for an initial consultation or £25 for a follow-up treatment). Appointments cancelled or changed without 36 hours' notice at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine will incur the full fee. MARIAcupuncture reserves the right to charge this fee automatically.
Waiting list
_ Once you have booked, email mariacupuncture@outlook.com if you wish to be placed on the waiting list for an earlier appointment.
_ If an appointment becomes available, you will automatically be offered it.
_ Please reply to waiting list emails within 24 hours, otherwise the appointment may be offered to someone else.

You may be able to claim the costs of your treatments if you have Private Health Insurance.
